Spaces: 38 classrooms, gym, cafeteria, library, music room, flexible learning space, computer lab, two reading rooms, and playground. 

Funding: This project was initially funded by the bond approved by voters in February 2015. The Kennewick School Board approved the expansion of that school’s original 26-classroom design after receiving a $51.1 million K-3 Class Size Reduction Grant from the state aimed at reducing student-to-teacher ratios in kindergarten through third grade classrooms in the district.

Estimated Construction Cost: $20,007,378

Project Grant Funding: $21,727,944
