Horse Heaven Hills was completed in the summer of 1993. This wood frame structure encompasses 88,500 square feet on 25 acres of land. Each wing was designed to house a specific grade level. The media center is centrally located for easy access.
Our school has two computer labs, each housing 29 computers. In addition, each of our 31 classrooms has at least 2 computers. Specialized rooms include a art room, band room, stage for drama and music and six rooms for teacher team planning.
Our gymnasium has a large full-size gym, smaller auxiliary gym and one large classroom. All rooms and facilities are accessible to the handicapped.
H3MS is used by many community organizations in the evening including: Community School education classes, Parent Teacher Organization, Boy and Girl Scouts, Kennewick Parks and Recreation athletic teams, AAU teams and local community groups.
Parents are always welcome to stop by for a visit. When you visit school, please check in at the office.
