Mr. Tobery is the 8th- grade principal here at Horse Heaven.
Mr. Tobery's favorite subjects are history and math. He likes history because he loves to read about how people have become what they are, and he likes math because it's extremely important in our lives. His favorite part of being a principal is working with quality teachers and staff.
The reason he wanted to be a principal is because he thought that by being a principal he could utilize his skills more than by being a teacher.
Mr. Tobery graduated from three different colleges. He went to the University of Washington, Oregon State University, and then he went to Eastern Washington University. He collected a business degree at the UW, a master's degree in admin. at OSU, and a teaching degree at EWU.
The last time he taught was in 2001 at Southridge high. He taught as an investment business and marketing teacher there.
