The red tab on the right-hand monitor means that device is not activated. Click the red tab to activate it, which will change the tab's color to green.
Click apply to activate. There you go.

Right click on the desktop and click Display Properties. Then go to the settings tab and make sure that the monitor with the 1 on it is selected. (click once on the screen with the one on it to be sure.) |

Now click Advanced. This window should pop up. |
