Make sure you include the following in your paper:

How was your volcano formed? (Describe the plate techtonic involved.)
What kind of volcano is it?
Where is it located? (Include a map with nearby cities.)
Hazards - What would happen to the volcano (i.e. Lahar, pyroclastic flows, etc.)?
What would happen to the surrounding cities?
What happened in the volcano's history? Be sure to mention years.
How will people prepare for future eruptions?
Provide pictures of volcanic hazards (lahar, pyroclastic flow, tephra, lava).

Your paper must include:

1. Cover page with title, your names, date and class.
2. Double spaced, 12 font size typed research paper.
3. All above questions answered in paragraph form with proper spelling, indents, etc.
4. Bibliography (2 books, 1 web site)
5. Paper must be in a plastic report cover.
