STEM partners break ground on Delta High School

Kennewick, Pasco and Richland School Districts broke ground on Delta High School's new school site off of Broadmoor Boulevard in Pasco on Wednesday, June 25,

A large crowd gathered at the site of the new school, to recognize and thank all of those who have supported STEM education in the Tri-Cities and made the project possible.

Delta High School is a partnership between seven partners, including Kennewick School District, Pasco School District, Richland School District, Columbia Basin College, Washington State University Tri-Cities, Battelle, and the Washington State STEM Education Foundation.

The approximately 45,000-square-foot school will accommodate nearly 400 students and open in the fall 2015.
