Free READY! for Kindergarten Classes Scheduled

Want to make sure your child is prepared for kindergarten? We have a program to help.

It's called READY! for Kindergarten, and it's put on in partnership with The Children’s Reading Foundation of the Mid-Columbia. Fall classes start Oct. 5.

Through the program, parents attend three 90-minute sessions throughout the year – in the fall, winter and spring. They're FREE to Kennewick School District residents (cost for non-residents is $102 for the first session and $74 for each after that) and include materials and childcare.

They're open to parents of children from birth to 5 years old (preschool).

What to Expect

  • Learn simple activities that make learning at home fun and easy.
  • FREE kits to families within the Kennewick School District.
