5th Grade
In fifth grade you will become a pioneer as you travel the Oregon Trail during the westward expansion years, you'll create your Aztec masks as you study ancient civilizations, and learn what it was like to live during the Civil War. In Science you'll develop your own ecosystem in a bottle and study all the microorganisms that live inside. Everyday Math is your curriculum for a fun and challenging mathematic experience. Fifth graders take the Science, Math, and Reading WASL in the Spring and District MAP tests in the Fall and Spring. You will be astounded at the growth and achievements you will make your final year in elementary school!
