Winter Weather Procedures

Kennewick School District has a snow line.  The number is 222 –SNOW (7669).  This line, along with the KSD web site (www.ksd.org) will have the most up to date information regarding a late start or cancellation.  You can also set your radios to a reliable station such as KONA 610 am that will announce school delays and closures each morning.  If there is a two hour delay, your child will catch their bus two hours from when they normally would.  A two hour delay means school start at 10:35 a.m. instead of 8:35 a.m.  Staff is also on a two hour delay.

In the case of a 2 hour delay, please continue to check for updates as a decision may still be made to cancel school.
