Mrs. Killand

Mrs. Killand has been teaching since 1980. She has a master's degree in curriculum and instruction. She has been teaching 5th grade since 1984. Before that she taught 6th, 7th, & 8th grade at a middle school. She has experience as a substitute teacher in grades kindergarten - twelfth. Mrs. Killand takes pride in being organized, using technology, preparing her students for sixth grade, and loving what she does! In 2001, she was awarded the Teacher Leadership Project grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She was excited to receive a number of new computers and technical equipment with great training sessions to go with it. This teacher is a busy lady with her family.
