Meet Mrs.Wimett

Mrs. Wimett teaches 3rd grade at Canyon View Elementary. She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree in education. She has a Master's degree from Mt. St. Mary's College in Los Angeles, California. She first came to Canyon View in 1978 when it first opened. She taught third grade for two years in room B-4. Then she moved to California and lived in Redondo Beach for thirteen years. When she returned to Kennewick, she taught at Westgate Elementary for five years. She came back to Canyon View in the fall of 1998 to teach 2^nd grade. In 2005, she became our 3^rd teacher once again. Canyon View is happy to have her back!
