Welcome to the Business Office

The Business Office is responsible for administration of the district’s accounting, financial, and budgeting functions.   Accounting and financial functions include preparation of monthly financial reports, submittal of monthly financial and accounting information to the state Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, administration and monitoring of district grants, accounts payable processing, and investment of district funds. The Business Office coordinates the development of the district budget and monitors the budget throughout the year. Budget development includes forecasting enrollment, revenue and expenditures.
