8 th Grade Party Parents Info Page

The 2008 8 th Grade Party is rapidly approaching!! It will be held on Thursday, 12 June from 2:30 – 5:00pm in the commons. Attendance is limited to 8 th grade students only. The 8 th grade class has approximately 330 students, so space is limited. The party is informal and the students dress attire must be school appropriate.

We will need help , if you are interested, please fill out the form below and return in to school no later than Monday, May 12 th. Please turn the form into the office and someone will contact you. We are getting a list together of those who have already volunteered and will be contacting them in the next few weeks.

We need photos of kids within the 8 th grade class. If you have extra photos or copies of photos please send them to the school by May 12 th. Photos will not be returned, so please ensure they are extra. We are looking for individual photos, classmate and friend photos. Candid and fun shots would be great.

We will be putting out additional information about a potential fundraiser (a class t-shirt), and the theme at a later date.
