Greetings! After growing up and graduating from Bellingham High School in Bellingham, WA, I attended WAZZU and Western Washington University. There, I earned a BS degree in industrial technology, married my wife Jill, and lived in Spokane for a year to complete my student teaching at a junior high school.
My first job was teaching technology and photography in Gig Harbor. We then moved with our new daughter to Yakima where I taught in Moxee. That year we had our second child, a boy. The following year found us both back at school in Ellensburg at Central Washington University where I obtained an MA in Educational Administration. In August, 1997, after two more years in Auburn at the middle school level, we moved to Kennewick. This is the beginning of my eighth year as an assistant principal at DHMS.
My wife teaches at Southridge High School and we both love living in Kennewick. My daughter is in 7th grade and my son in 6th. As a family we enjoy camping, boating, skiing, motorcycle riding, hunting and fishing.
This is the place to be! Welcome to everyone and feel free to contact me with questions.
