Mrs. Murphy has been teaching for six years and has been at Desert Hills the whole time. She is currently teaching 7th and 8th grade Reading, Language Arts, and one period of Leadership English. She is married and has one son, one fish, one snail, two dogs, and two cats. Her hobbies are cooking, shopping for shoes, gardening, restoring old cars, and home improvement.
