Mr. Othiem has been teaching for 23 years and he has been at Desert Hills for one year. He has also taught at Ruth Livingston Elementary School, Robert Frost Elementary School, Stevens Middle School, and Cascade Elementary School. He is currently teaching 7th grade Reading, Language Arts, and 6th, 7th, and 8th grade computers. He is married and has two kids and one cat. His hobbies are reading, softball, running and walking.
