Draw your circle and type in your text first. Remember, these instructions are for
Macromedia Fireworks. |

Now select both items. |

Now that both are selected, go to
the Text menu, then click attach to path, or, while both are selected, press Shift,
Control and Y all at once. This will usually make the circle invisible. |

If the
text attaches itself somewhere other than where you want, go to the Modify menu,
then the Transform menu, and click Free Transform (or select the circle and press
Control and T at the same time). Then click near a corner of the box and move the mouse to
rotate the text around the circle. |

If you want to
put the text on the inside of the circle after attaching it, select the text,
then go to the Text menu and click Reverse Direction. If it does not attach itself where
you want you can rotate it the same way you can with an outside curve. |
