You are required to maintain a journal for this class. The basic reason is to get you to process what occurs during activities and document what you have learned.Use MS Word which can be found on all computers in the lab. You should write in your journal everyday.

When away from the computer lab, keep notes in your STI notebook. Good entries are;

• sketches
• facts
• data (tables)
• names
• your personal impressions and feelings

When you return to the lab, keyboard the notes into your digital journal.

For every activity we experience you should at least complete a K-W-L:

• Describe what you already Know
• Describe What you learned
• Describe what you would like to Learn
