- Students are required to have completed an Education/Career Plan
- This experience must relate to the chosen career or educational pathway of your education plan
- Instruction will be directed by the objectives of your Work Based Learning Plan
- Students have completed a Work Based Learning Agreement
- Students will be required to complete a Work Site Orientation related to the work you will do
Required Forms
Work Based Learning Agreement (doc)
This is a standard district form which outlines who is responsible for what. It looks a bit over whelming since it is designed not only for PC Interns but also for students in other programs who actually work off campus at a job site.
Work site Learning Plan & Evaluation (doc)
The middle section contains the criteria on which you will be evaluated during the quarter. We will fill this out during the quarter.
Complete the top portion to "Student Signature". The "Learning Period" is "from" the first day of school. The "to" date is filled in on the evaluation day.
You will sign the bottom portion above "Student Signature" after we complete the evaluation during the quarter. We should be doing 2-3 of these during the year.
Assignment
- Either print the forms or get a copy from your instructor. Fill the forms out and return to your instructor for credit with the rest of your requirements for Orientation.
