How to Become a Club
Clubs shall be organized within the frame work of the A.S.B. to promote student activity in their school, community, and their particular areas of interest.
To become an official club and to enjoy the rights associated therewith, a group shall do the following.
a. Write a constitution for the club which explains the club’s purpose and goals, and the manner in which the club is to be run.
b. Find a teacher or staff member who will attend meetings and supervise the activities of the group.
c. Have the Constitution approved by a majority of the Executive officers, House of Representatives and administration.
d. Plan and carry out at least one non-profit community or school service project annually.
Upon completion of the previously mentioned steps, the club shall have use of the daily bulletin to announce meetings or activities. The club may also open an account through the school and undertake approved fund-raising activities.
