Instrumental Music Boosters

This is YOU: Parents and students working together to support our music program.

PARENTAL SUPPORT IS NECESSARY
We encourage your attendance at scheduled Instrumental Music Booster Club meetings held only three times at year.  Your ideas and assistance are essential. We look forward to meeting you and working with you for the benefit of your son or daughter.

Uniforms:
Each performance group requires the use of a uniform or concert attire.  Marching band uniforms, Ladies concert attire and tuxedos are available for checkout. A dry cleaning fee of $10.00 or a dry-cleaning receipt is due before check-in.  General uniform attire is as follows:
JAZZ BAND:   to be determined      CONCERT BANDS: Concert black
MARCHING BAND: Marching Uniform          STRING/FULL ORCHESTRA: Concert black

General Uniform Care Guidelines

  1. You are financially responsible for your uniform and the pieces issued to you.
  2. NO food or drink in or around the uniform
  3. A  $10.00 fee OR Dry-cleaning receipt must accompany check-in.
  4. All uniforms must be hung up properly when not in use – Never on the ground.
  5. Use the garment bag to protect your uniform at all times.
  6. Uniform personnel or the director must OK alterations.
  7. Do not iron the uniform directly.  Use a damp towel between the iron and the cloth.
  8. At check-in, the uniform must be presented as follows:
    1. Bibbers/Pants hung flat on hanger bar and locked in place
    2. Jacket goes on same hanger over Pants
    3. Cummerbund hung over Pants
    4. Bow Tie in the Inside pocket of Jacket
    5. Skirt/Blouse neatly hung on hanger
  9. Student name clearly marked on the dry-cleaning receipt OR on the Uniform Bag
  10. Contact uniform personnel immediately if items are lost or damaged
