The winning show, The Tale That Wagged the Dog and I Hate Hamlet will go on to compete at Kennewick High School. And the two monologues will compete along with those two acts at CBC on Friday.

Congradulations to I Hate Hamlet and The Tale That Wagged the Dog for stomping out Kennewick High and getting revenge for last year's unfortunate losses.

The Tale that Wagged the Dog for audience choice |
A one-act is a short play or scene from a longer play that usually is only one or two acts long. Students have been working on these short plays for several months and are really excited to perform thier plays for you. They are completely student run, organized, directed, and acted. The following shows are being put on:

TV sensation Andrew Rally has agreed to play Hamlet in an outdoor theater production, but has been having second thoughts lately. He recently moved into the previous home of Hamlet star, John Barrymore. After a failed séance and his girlfriend Diedre's refusal to sleep with him, Andrew must get his act together and play Hamlet, with some help, of course. And his annoying, upbeat friend/producer/director/publicity manager is urging to give up the Hamlet gig. What will Andrew decide to do? |

The servant of Johan Sebastian Bach is making some shady deals with some of his master's fmale fans. When one offers to give him some of her hair to give to Mr. Bach, trouble ensues and the servant's wife doesnt appreciate her husband making money off of these silly women.
