Kennewick High Curriculum

The Kennewick School District Navigation 101 team is pleased to present this upgraded Kennewick High School curriculum for 2010-11. Kennewick's Navigation program is called QUEST.  The definition of "Quest" is:  "The search for something important, especially a long or difficult one.  An adventurous expedition or journey in search of something important."  Our goal is to help students journey through their high school career, helping them discover their strengths and interests, while developing a plan for their lives after high school.

Quest is a life skills and planning program for students in grades 9 through 12.  It aims to help students make clear, careful, and creative plans for life beyond high school , and:

  • Equalize opportunities;
  • Encourage student engagement;
  • Enhance student acheivement;
  • Involve parents and guardians; and
  • Strengthen community.

Quest satisfies the graduation requirement for the High School and Beyond Plan.

If you have any questions about the curriculum or requirements for the Quest program, please feel free to call any of the below leaders at (509)222-7000.
