Mrs. McConaghy came to Cascade Elementary after teaching Health and Fitness at Horse Heaven Hills Middle School for about ten years. This is her sixth year at Cascade. She love to make Fitness Fun for all students. In her spare time she enjoys downhill skiing, tennis, sailing, kayaking, hiking, bike riding, reading and spending time with family and friends. She loves living in the Tri Cities where is sun always shines!
