About Us

Welcome to Eastgate Elementary School, Home of the Panthers!

Here at Eastgate we have a great group of teachers and para-educators who strive as individuals and teams to empower each child to reach their highest academic and social potential. Following are the academic programs in our school that assist us in this empowerment process:

• Imagine It! by SRA for reading along with Imaginalo (Spanish version)
• Math Connects
• STC Science kits
• Step-Up to Writing

• English-Spanish Bilingual classrooms in grades K-2
• ESL(English as a second Language) programs
• Community volunteer readers
• Before and after school programs
• The use of technology in our classrooms, our library and our computer lab.
