Park Middle School was originally built on its present 30-acre site in 1963. A complete remodel of the facility was completed in December of 1999. The Park facility is made up of four buildings: Building 1 houses the administration, commons/cafeteria, stage and library media center. Buildings 2 and 3 house classrooms and Building 4 houses the band, technology, fitness lab, gyms and locker rooms. The 30-acre site has two baseball fields, a practice softball field, and practice running track and football and soccer fields.Park has a wealth of technology. Features include: two 30 station computer research lab, one 30 station computer classroom and capacity for mini labs in each classroom. Video projectors, document cameras and video capabilities in every classroom plus Internet access are other technology features having a positive impact on instruction.We are proud of our programs, our buildings, our students and staff. We invite community members who haven't visited Park to call and make arrangements for a guided tour.
