Each IGNITE Mentor is teamed up with a group of 4-6 freshmen.  These small groups work together all year.  Once a month mentors visit freshman classes and lead activities and discussions over a variety of subjects.  Topics include: Responsibility, Attitude, Facing Challenges, Get Ahead Stay Ahead and many more.
