What about the Bio-Med Academy?
_____Is a two-year program designed to prepare students for health care and biotechnology related career fields. Students will be enrolled into courses in a three hour block schedule for half of the school day.
_____Issues related to health care and biotechnology will be an emphasis while students are involved in laboratory experiences, community partnerships and hands-on learning.
Prerequisites:
- Junior level standing
- 2.0 GPA
- Integrated Science 3/4 or Honors Chemistry with A or C grade or better.
- Positive Attitude
- Interest in Medicine, Biomedical Research, Health Care, Forensics, etc.
