At the May 10 school board meeting, boundary input from the community was discussed. Based on community input and board discussion, previous scenarios have been modified and narrowed down to two scenario options.
 
Please provide your input on these scenarios by May 22.

The school board plans to discuss community feedback and make a final decision at the May 24 meeting. Your input into the boundary change process is valuable. Thank you for your help with this process.

Kennewick School District is seeking community feedback on proposed elementary boundary changes that will take effect at the start of the 2024-25 school year.

Based on feedback from the community survey and board of directors, the district has developed an Elementary Boundary Change Scenario #5 to be considered.

The schools that will be impacted by scenario #5 are Amon Creek, Hawthorne, Lincoln, Ridge View, Sage Crest and Southgate elementary schools.

The board of directors plan to discuss and consider elementary boundary changes at the next meeting planned for 5:30 p.m. on May 10
