These clinics are open to the community. No appointments are required, and vaccines are free with most insurance plans. Clinics will start on Friday, Sept. 8th at the KSD Administration Center, Conference Room 4, from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m.

Remember to bring the following:

• A copy of your insurance card, including Medical and Pharmacy
• Government-issued photo ID
• Completed consent form
• OPTIONAL: Vaccine Administration record if you have one and would like to update.

The following vaccines will be available:

• Quadrivalent Flu
• Fluad Flu (Recommended for patients 65+)
• Tdap
• Prevnar
• Shingrix
