Capital Projects and Facilities Planning

Upcoming projects for Kennewick include building a new elementary school in Cottonwood Springs and remodeling Canyon View Elementary. We have selected Madsen, Mitchell, Evenson and Conrad to design the new elementary school and Design West Architects for the remodling and retrofitting projects.

Developing Specifications for Kennewick Elementary Schools Teachers, administrators, and community members met with architects in July to develop a comprehensive set of specifications for future Kennewick elementary school buildings and remodeling projects. Each participant contributed their perspective, experience, and best thinking. The group toured local Pasco and Richland elementary schools and worked together over three days to develop the document.
