Current Students
High School Transcripts
All current high school students have access to their current records through SchooLinks. They may also be accessed by contacting the high school counseling/registrar’s office. Final high school transcripts for graduating seniors are not available until approximately 12 working business days after the last day of school.
- Transcripts for College Applications: Students should add college applications to the SchooLinks College Application Manager. Transcripts will automatically be requested along with the application. SchooLinks will send the transcripts to the colleges via Parchment.
- Transcripts For Other Purposes: Students can use the SchooLinks Record Center to request transcripts for scholarships, NCAA, insurance, etc., or download an unofficial copy. Requests are processed by the counseling/registrar’s office, so please allow time for completion. Encourage your student to make requests early to meet application deadlines.
Running Start Grades
Final transcripts do not contain Running Start Grades from Spring Quarter. If a college requires the Running Start grades from the final quarter, students will need to request their transcript from their Running Start college to be sent to the colleges that need those transcripts. High school credits earned via Running Start will be added to the high school transcript in the Fall of the following year.
