This year’s Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council (SSAC) includes student representatives from all Kennewick School District high schools. The group meets monthly with the superintendent and other district leaders, providing the opportunity for district leaders to hear directly from the students they serve. Both district leaders and student members bring topics for discussion. Student members provide input and feedback, share ideas and perspectives, and ask questions.

If current students have questions or ideas they would like to bring to the SSAC, they can contact their school's representative(s) or principal directly. 

Each high school principal selects a cross-section of students to serve on the SSAC in the spring for the following year.

• Kennewick High School (4 students)
• Endeavor High School (1 student)
• Legacy High School (2 students)
• Mid-Columbia Partnership (1 student)
• Phoenix High School (1 student)

The Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council was formed in 2018 to ensure the district’s students have a voice in important school district topics and are valued for their diverse strengths and backgrounds.
