New Teacher support

Consulting Peer Educators

Kennewick School District believes that setting up new teachers for success also sets their students up for success.

Our Peer Assistance and Resources (PAR) program pairs new teachers in our district with experienced teachers who provide one-on-one support.

The mentor teachers, known as consulting peer educators (CPEs), work to ensure that each new teacher receives quality time and assistance.
