Requests for high school Transcripts
Requests for transcripts of former students must be made in writing by filling out the Transcript Request Form and returning it to:

Kennewick, WA 99336
Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing. You will be notified when your transcripts are ready to be picked up.
Requests for student transcripts of current students should be directed to the administrator at the student's current school.
Public Records Requests
All other requests must be submitted in writing. Fill out a Request for Public Records Form and return it in any of the following ways:

By law, Kennewick School District is required to respond to your request within five business days after receiving a request. At that time, Kennewick School District will do one of the following:
Provide the record(s);
- Acknowledge your request and give you a reasonable estimate of how long it will take to fully respond; or
- Deny the request in writing, with reasons for the denial (this could also include a denial of part of your request and granting of the remainder) and provide you the specific exemption or other law it relies upon for its denial.
If a request is not clear, the district may asked for clarification.
Requesters may be charged 15 cents per page for all standard and legal sized copies. Requests are subject to disclosure under the Washington State Public Records Act (RCW 42.56). If a list of individuals is provided to the requester by the Kennewick School District, it may not be used for commercial purposes or to give or provide access to material to others for commercial purposes, as prohibited by RCW 42.56.070(9).
