Strategic planning plays a vital role in the continuous improvement efforts of an organization. It's the process of documenting and establishing the direction of your organization by assessing where you are and envisioning where you want to be. This plan was shaped by school district staff, high school students, families and community members through a series of in-person and online listening sessions.

The plan includes:
