Student Records Requests
CURRENT STUDENTS
High School TranscriptS
All current high school students have access to their current records through their schools. Final Transcripts are not available until approximately 12 working business days after the last day of school.
Running Start Grades
Final Transcripts do not contain Running Start Grades from Spring Quarter. If a college requires the Running Start grades from the final quarter, students will need to request their transcript from their Running Start college to be sent to the colleges that need those transcripts. High school credits earned via Running Start will be added to the high school transcript in the Fall of the following year.
Student Records (Non-Graduate)
Requests for attendance records, report cards, assessment information and transcripts should be directed to the student’s current school.
Special Education Student Records
Requests for special education records should be directed to specialservices@ksd.org.
504 Plans
Requests for 504 Plans should be directed to the student’s current school 504 Plan Coordinator.
Health and Immunization Records
Requests for student medical records should be directed to the student’s current school. To obtain a copy of a student’s immunization records, use MyIR.
DCYF and Foster Student Records
DCYF caseworkers should submit necessary documentation to the student’s current school to request records. They may also contact the district’s McKinney-Vento Liaison Yesenia Chavez at (509) 222-6834 or the K-12 Education Department at (509) 222-5004 for assistance.
FORMER STUDENTS
High School Graduation Transcripts
High School Graduation Transcript Request Form. Return the form to the KSD Administration Center at 1000 W. 4th Ave., Kennewick. Allow 2-4 working business days for processing.
High School Graduation Verification (Military, Employment, Etc.)
Contact the K-12 Education Department at (509) 222-5004 for assistance.
Student Records (Non-Graduate)
